These structured programs typically last 10–12 weeks and offer a goal-oriented roadmap tailored to your needs. Whether you're navigating a life transition, recovering from emotional wounds, or working through specific patterns like anxiety, burnout, or shame, each track is designed to help you move from stuckness to clarity—with evidence-based tools and compassionate support.

What to Expect

Each program includes:

  • A flexible weekly structure to help you track progress

  • Psychoeducation, tools, and practices based on CBT, ACT, EMDR, CFT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches

  • Emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and values-based action

  • Space to go at your own pace, while moving forward with intention

These programs are ideal for clients who want more structure in therapy or who are working on a specific emotional or behavioral goal. Programs can also be blended or extended based on your individual needs.
