EMDR Therapy: How It Works

EMDR helps the brain reprocess emotional experiences that were stuck or unprocessed, allowing the nervous system to complete its natural healing. Instead of avoiding, suppressing, or endlessly analyzing your emotions, EMDR helps the body and mind integrate them — leading to relief that feels deep and lasting.

Combined with CBT techniques, we support you in building new emotional skills: identifying patterns, shifting self-talk, and learning how to stay grounded in everyday life.
