Service Description

This therapy program is designed to help individuals experiencing work-related stress, burnout, or professional crises—whether caused by chronic pressure, toxic environments, job insecurity, role conflict, or high-performance expectations. Workplace stress can erode self-worth, emotional balance, and life satisfaction over time, often showing up as exhaustion, irritability, anxiety, or a loss of motivation. You may feel overextended, emotionally numb, resentful, trapped in people-pleasing patterns, or caught in fear of failure. In some cases, workplace trauma—such as harassment, abrupt terminations, ethical conflicts, or public humiliation—can trigger long-term distress or PTSD-like symptoms. The goal of this program is to help you recover your sense of clarity, confidence, and boundaries, while addressing both emotional burnout and the deeper personal narratives tied to work and self-worth. This integrative therapy program draws from multiple evidence-based methods, including: Psychoeducation to understand the stress response, burnout syndrome, and how workplace culture can affect mental health. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to challenge productivity-based self-worth and reframe unhelpful beliefs about failure, perfectionism, or control. ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you reconnect with core values, set realistic expectations, and take action toward a healthier work-life balance. EMDR therapy, when appropriate, to process specific work-related traumas such as public criticism, workplace bullying, or high-stakes errors. Stress reduction and somatic tools including breathwork, grounding, and self-regulation skills to calm physical symptoms of chronic stress. Boundary and assertiveness training to support clearer communication and protect against future overwhelm. Please note: This is a flexible roadmap. We will tailor the approach based on your work context, stress history, and goals for recovery or change. Clients completing this program often report reduced burnout, improved emotional regulation, renewed confidence, and a clearer sense of direction — whether returning to the same role, changing careers, or redefining success on their own terms.
